This spacious, air-conditioned house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Croatian coast. The ground floor features a large living room with a large TV, PlayStation 5, and dining table, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, two more bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. From the kitchen, you can step out into the courtyard, where you'll find a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The terrace offers stunning views of the sea from jakuzzi. The bedrooms are located on the south side of the house to maximize the sunlight. They are all air-conditioned and very comfortable. All the bedrooms on the first floor have a sea view.
Bring your family to this enchanting place where the view from the jacuzzi on the terrace is a dream come true. Here, time stands still for you. In the morning, wake up to the sound of birdsong and the gentle rustle of the trees. Feel at one with nature, just a 5-minute drive from paragliding, diving, great restaurants, and lively nightlife in Novi Vinodolski or a peaceful meal in a charming seafood restaurant in Klenovica. Welcome!
