The house is located at the end of a quiet private street, ensuring quiet relaxation. The street is parallel to the Lake Balaton bike path, so it is possible to walk, run, rollerblade, bike. There is a small playground 200m away from the house where you can play table tennis, play basketball, play football and swing. In the city center, beside the lookout tower, there is an adventure park and a bobsleigh course. Pleasant, homely restaurants, a variety of pubs (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Spar, DM), a pastry shop in the city and a summer market in the city center or Fonyód. Boat trips and sailing are available every day and all the sights or towns (Tihany, Siófok, Hévíz, Tapolca Cave, Badacsony) are easily accessible. It is a wine-growing region, it is possible to arrange cellar visits and to buy, consume or taste fine wines. Located 16km from the house is the Csisztapuszta Thermal Bath, which can be visited all year round, with a wonderful sulfuric medicinal water of 40℃ (104 ℉). The house promises to relax in winter and summer. In winter you can skate when the lake is freezing, but if you just want to relax you can do it while sitting in the jacuzzi, sipping a glass of wine.
