Linczi Vendégház is furnished in a family style. It is located in the heart of Csopak, in a resort area, in a quiet environment. With a wonderful panorama of the southern coast and Tihany, with a large garden and vineyard. There are several restaurants nearby, including several within a few minutes' walk. It has two levels, air conditioning, and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with American kitchen + dining room + 1 bedroom + bathroom with corner bathtub, wc + laundry room with additional wc. The entire lower level has a terrace connected to the garden. On the first floor there is a living room with kitchenette + dining area + 2 bedrooms + bathroom with shower, toilet. One bedroom has a French balcony, the other has a balcony. Wifi + smart TV in both living rooms. Baby bed (mattress, quilt, pillow, cover, sheet), 2 highchairs available. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and capsules and fabric softener. The kitchens are fully equipped + spices, teas, coffee, etc. On the basement level there is a game room with foosball, mini billiards, darts, game machine, stereo, bar counter, bar stools. Located in the garden from April to the end of October, there is a panoramic Jacuzzi, a solar shower with hot and cold water, a garden dining room and a panoramic sofa seating area with sunbeds. There is also the possibility of baking, grilling, and cooking with tools + charcoal and wood. The beach is 1 km away. 5 minutes by car, approx. for 15 minutes. I have a discounted beach card. The guest house is pet friendly. 🐕 Safe, free parking in front of the house approx. For 4 cars, up to 3 cars inside the house. Discounted reservations in several restaurants, referring to the name of the house.
I like to receive all my dear guests personally, so that I can inform them about everything so that they can enjoy the house undisturbed and relax in the greatest comfort during their stay. But even before your arrival, if you have any questions or requests, I will be happy to answer them. And, of course, I am at the guests' disposal for everything during their stay.
