The village of Shankill is a walk from the house. There is an excellent bar called Mickey Byrne's where one can enjoy a pint of Guinness, it serves good food and there is live music at the weekend. The Bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the house E1 takes you to Dublin City Center. The Train Station is 10 minutes walk from the house.
