This single-storey home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a double bedroom with en-suite, a family room, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for 3 cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 3.2 miles and a pub in 0.7 miles. Neighbourhood information

Just over four miles from the famous town of Clonakilty, along the main road to West Cork, is the peaceful village of Ballinascarty. The village is home to a local shop and pub and is a wonderful base for touring the region with many of West Cork’s attractions within easy reach including Lisselan Golf Club and estate, the pretty harbour village of Courtmacsherry, and Kinsale, home to excellent cuisine, charming pubs and cafes and a superb selection of water-based activities such as sailing, wind surfing and much more. There are a number of sandy beaches on your doorstep including Inchydoney Beach, one of Ireland’s most beautiful and safest. Why not venture as far as Mizen Head, Ireland’s most southerly point, and visit all the delightful villages and sights along the way? A superb choice for your West Cork holiday.
