The moment you enter this lovely home you are greeted with a sense of light and space.
The large dining room and kitchen feature large sliding doors which frame the incredible view beyond.
The dining table can seat up to 8 people and is the perfect place to while away the evening over a meal after a fun-filled day of exploring the area. The kitchen is brand new and is very well equipped with double electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer.
There is a separate sitting room which also has great views over the Bay. It is a cosy space with a TV and electric fire for instant heat and atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs. The first is a double bedroom with an ensuite. Beside this is the main family bathroom with stylish wet-room and stand-alone bath. The next bedroom has jo-jo bunks with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. The two attic rooms are up the wooden staircase. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other is a twin room. This is a privately owned house sitting on 5 acres of land in a quiet and secluded location with stunning views.
Situated on 5 acres of private land in a quiet and secluded setting with stunning views over Kenmare Bay this newly renovated 4 bedroom home allows for the perfect mix of being immersed in nature and yet a quick drive from the bustling tourist town of Kenmare.
Bay View house is located just off the Ring of Kerry route giving easy access to Kenmare (5 mins), Sneem (15mins) and Killarney (25mins).
The Kerry Way walking route passes by the end of the tree lined driveway.
