Carrigaholt is a quaint fishing village.Home to the award winning Long Dock Restaurant and local Pubs Keanes , Morrisseys and Carmody's Bar and Barnyard Cafe where Traditional music sessions are regularly held are all within walking distance . Nearby you will find Loop Head Lighthouse and its cliffs famous for Bird and Whale Watching.Keatings Seafood Restaurant and The Church of the Little Ark in Kilbaha. Kilkee with its Famous Cliffs horseshoe beach restaurants, bars and golf club.The market town of Kilrush with its walled gardens and Woods in Vandeleur Estate . Scattery Island Tours by boat. Seasonal Dolphin watch tours and angling trips can be booked locally. Trump International Golf course is 25 minutes drive and Shannon Airport 60 minutes.Lahinch 35 minutes and the Cliffs of Moher 45 minutes
