This property is 6.4km from Carlow Town Centre, 3km from Junction 4, M9. The property is detached on a 1-acre site. The property has a beech hedge to the front with black electric gates. There are no houses on either side but there are some are close by. Accessed by electric gates with CCTV cameras and secure off-road parking, a gate code is required to enter and exit the property. Burton Hall is 2 km from the M9 and Merck Sharpe and Dohme (MSD), the ideal work location with privacy, quietness, and a restful night's sleep assured. Within walking distance of Palatine Villiage and the beautiful Ducketts Grove, ideal for visiting Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny, Kildare, Laois, and Dublin. Why pay Dublin prices when you can comfortably base yourself in a location which is central to so many attractions and hill walking/canoeing and kayaking opportunities? 7km Castledermot, 6km from Carlow centre, and 7.4k to Kilkee and Mullaghreelan Wood.
