The house is a semi detached house in a quiet estate 5 mins walk from the town center. The area is pleasant and is surrounded by countryside views. The house is very comfortable with large windows to allow plenty of light into each room and the little conservatory at the rear of the property opens out to a sunny well maintained secure garden. There is a shed in the garden to allow guests store larger items such as golf clubs, surfboards and bikes. No Parties/Stags/Hens under any circumstances.

This is an ideal location for those visiting the vibrant market town of Ennistymon with its quirky array of shops and cafes. There is a variety of local restaurants and attractions available for guests. Don't forget to take a walk down to the Ennistymon Falls Hotel to take a look at the famous Cascades . Also, Lahinch is a mere 5 mins drive away with its fantastic blue flag beach, championship golf course and of course surfing for all the family. There is a state of the art Leisure Centre with gym also located on the beach front. Cliffs of Moher is only 15km drive from the house. Doolin is a short drive where a ferry can be taken to the Aran Islands.
