Sitting peacefully on the outskirts of Donegal Town, this modern, detached three bedroom apartment is an oasis of calm and tranquility. Within walking distance of town, you'll find your balance of close proximity to all essential amenities while enjoying the beautiful countryside of Donegal. The apartment conists of three en-suite bedrooms,one of which is on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV which include Netflix and has free Wifi throughout. The outside area contains a garden with a furnished Patio for outside dinning.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the MillPark Hotel and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Donegal town which is a haven of quaint gift and craft shops, superb restaurants, bars and hotels. A 10 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful Harveys Point Hotel and the 5 Star Lough Eske Castle Hotel. Murvagh Golf course, 12 Km outside of town is one of the best links courses in Europe with breath taking views. Bring your camera to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the bay on the Waterbus, a guided tour of Donegal Castle,a peaceful walk around the Bank Walk and soak up the pleasures of the unspoiled beaches of murvagh and rossnowlagh.
