The property is approximately 5 minute drive to Dundalk Town centre, the area is also serviced by bus and taxis. The house entails of a master ensuite bedroom, a spacious double room with built-inwardrobe, a single bedroom and the sitting room has a spacious luxurious sofabed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area which opens out to the back garden. The house also has a main bathroom and downstairs toilet.
