Newly renovated Harmony House is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac but in an ideally located area beside the lake and about 8 min walk to the beach. Splashworld, Aldi and the Bus station are a 3 min walk from Harmony House and can be seen from the house. There is a beautiful picnic area nearby and a children's free play ground at the far side of the lake. There is a path from the house to the playground.This house was fully refurbished top to bottom to include an ensuite an enclosed front garden and large enclosed patio area. The sun circles the house which has very fast Wifi plus TV with 150 channels. Lake view and sea view when the trees are not in full bloom from the large patio. The property has an enclosed front garden and bench. The Majestic Hotel, doctors surgery and chemist are parallel to the house. We can provide garage space for bikes and surf boards on request. Ideal location for the Greenway and the very popular surfing beach. There are several restaurants and bars a short 5 minute walk away. On request we can offer shed accommodation for surf boards and bikes. There is an electric charger very close by and two more near the beach. The house has a microwave washing machine, drier, George Foreman grill, a coffee machine, fridge , dishwasher and full oven and hob. There is also a stove. Harmony House is a happy house.

I was reared in a B and B! Loved meeting new people. Worked in the public service for many years and I’m also a musician and Life Coach so I have always enjoyed people. Married with two adult daughters. I live in Tramore born and bred! As a Musician I love to attend the various events in the Japanese Gardens and The Coastguard Cultural centre. I also like to play in the local traditional music sessions. I play both traditional and classical flute, tine whistle and harp. I love to play tennis n Tramore Tennis Club and Badminton in the GAA. I am animal mad and have 4 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy all the Irish Music festivals both locally and in various localities around the country especially the Willie Clancy Trad Fest in Co, Clare and the various County, Provincial and All Ireland Fleadh.

The Majestic Hotel is opposite the entrance to Lakelands. There is a chemist and doctors surgery across the road a directly opposite walk way steps to our house should you ever choose to pop up there its handy to know about the steps! The bus station is also opposite the Majestic and Aldi, Splashworld and the amusements are approximately 200m away. The beach is about 300m away. The Boating Lake is opposite the house and there is a walk around that. At the far side is a free children's play park. The neighbours are mixed in age. Two houses have elderly ladies in them and another 2 are privately owned holiday homes. the other 2 are occupied permanently It is tricky enough to find our house but the large patio and orange fencing is a dead giveaway!. as you turn into Lakelands immediately on your left are car parking spaces. No3 is painted on one of them , park there that is our space There are lovely eating places very nearby. Bus Eireanndepot is about 200m away from the house. There are several taxi depots in the area too. Waterford Greenway have rental bikes available. Surf boards can be rented from the various surf schools
