Newly refurbished bungalow, extended to offer spacious bedrooms and ensuites for each room, big open plan communal area, and big garden to the back of the property. House is equipped with free WiFi, smart TV in every room, work space and spacious wardrobes.

Neighbourhood information

Located exactly opposite the Ursuline Convent Sports Ground, the lovely park convenient for walks, Home Away is a perfect spot for relaxing stay. The house is siting in a popular mature residential area of Pearse Park, on the outskirts of Waterford City & directly adjacent to the Ursuline Convent. The property is ideally situated just minutes from the outer ring road giving easy access to all major routes as well as the Waterford IDA Industrial Estate and SETU campus. The property also has a number of local shops all within walking distance while Waterford City Centre is just a short walk away also, accessible by bus line 4 within 10 minutes drive. It is close to Sacred Heart Church, Kingfisher Club Waterford, extending to Waterford Nature Park. Next to the Nature Park flows St. John's River and the path is now an extension of Greenway.
