Lisalway Country Lodge is a luxurious Bed and Breakfast in the townland of Lisalway operated by local couple Pamela and Tommy Cunnane. We are only a 3 minute drive to the village of Castleplunkett and a 9 minute drive to the town of Castlerea in Co. Roscommon in the west of Ireland. Our luxurious three bedroom Suites offer a superior level of comfort with a choice of double or King beds, wardrobes, wall mounted 43inch smart flat screen tv’s with access to Netflix and all of the apps, professional hairdryers(2400w) and tea and coffee making facilities. All suites feature an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries. We have children’s fold up beds available if needed, just reserve in advance:-) The Lisalway suite even features a luxurious soak bath tub and separate walk in shower. Full Irish breakfast is served at Lisalway Country lodge, including Tommy’s delicious homemade breads. We use only the best freshest locally sourced ingredients. Vegetarian breakfasts are also available or a continental option if the ‘full Irish’ is not your thing. All dietary requirements can be catered for, just let us know in advance and we would be happy to accommodate your needs. We have a combined 16 years in the hospitality industry both here in Ireland and in New York, USA. We love nothing more than entertaining and looking after people and we are very excited about our new venture.

Lisalway Country Lodge is nestled in the beautiful townland of Lisalway, near Castlerea in Co. Roscommon. We are only a 9 minute drive to Castlerea town where there is a beautiful seasonal swimming pool, golf course, bars and restaurants, shops and the most beautiful Demesne for walks. We are only a 25 minute drive to Roscommon town. Knock airport is 40 minutes drive away and Shannon Airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes from us. Nearby attractions include The Strokestown Famine museum, Clonalis House, Zip It in Forest Park, Arigna mining experience, Elphin windmill, Rathcroghan Visitor centre and the picturesque village of Ballintubber with a castle and two super bars. We are also located 2 minutes drive from Castleplunkett village. We are located on the main road from Castlerea to Castleplunkett and are ideally set in the most beautiful rural setting.
