Located on the Wild Atlantic Way in stunning Ballybunion, this modern house offers total luxury. A pathway located right outside the house leads to kilometers of sandy beaches and to the spectacular Cliff Walk overlooking the ocean. For Golf enthusiasts, the internationally acclaimed Ballybunion Old Course and Cashen Course are a 2 minute car ride. The town itself offers delightful restaurants, cozy pubs, supermarket & shops, all accessible on foot. A summer paradise or a winter retreat awaits.
This house is uniquely located in the center of the town, but fully facing the ocean offering a very intimate and secluded feel. Ballybunion is a small town in an enviable location perched overlooking the Atlantic ocean offering spectacular views, stunning beaches, breath taking Cliff Walks, world class links golf, surf and a host of other activities. 45 minutes from Kerry airport, 1.5 hours from Shannon Airport, 2 hours from Cork Airport and 3 hours drive from Dublin. On the Wild Atlantic Way and close to the world famous Ring of Kerry.
