Stoneywood, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and kettle and toaster, a sitting room with TV and open fire, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double and two family rooms. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over and basin and WC. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture and lawned area, enclosed rear garden with lawned area and patio with picnic bench, and private driveway parking for one car and additional roadside parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 1 mile. Note: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out 11 am. Note: Dogs are charged 30EUR per pet per stay and maximum two dogs allowed. Note: There is one parking space on the driveway and one car space on the road in the Cul Di Sac location. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 350EUR. Please note the property has a minimum stay f 3 nights
