The Apothecary is a stunning apartment situated in the historical village of Cong. The village boasts many attractions for visitors such as the beautiful 11th Century Abbey, Ashford Castle Estate and also being the setting for the classic movie, The Quiet Man. Cong is also the gateway to the Connemara Region, an area of outstanding beauty with rugged scenery and many lakes and mountains to explore.

Hi there! We live in a beautiful part of the world and we have 2 boys... Liam is 9 and Tiernan is 7. We also have a Springer Spaniel called Roxy. I am a Graphic Designer but I have a passion for Interiors and also gardening. Philip works as a gillie during the fishing season. We give our guests space but are available when needed for any queries they may have or any help they need.

The Apothecary is situated above a Pharmacy in the middle of the village next door to the Tourist Office and just a couple of doors from the famous Pat Cohans Bar and Butler & Byrnes wonderful coffee shop. Cong Abbey is just across the road and can be seen from the apartment.
