The Foresters House is one of 10 rental properties on our 97 acre island estate (reached by a stone bridge) near the seaside village Baltimore and market town Skibbereen in West Cork. Guests have access to the indoor heated swimming pool, beautiful walled garden, woodland and shoreline walks, organic farm, pirate and fairy trails for the children. Organic produce available seasonally. Perfect for nature lovers, romantic getaways, family holidays, weddings and group events/celebrations.

West Cork is a very popular exceptionally beautiful part of Ireland full of history and wonderful landscapes. Inish Beg is an ideal location for exploring the area which has a reputation for good food, farmers markets, music, art, water sports where the conservation of the flora and fauna of the diverse area is well evidenced. Inish Beg is one of 100 Carbery Isles and ferry trips are available to some of the offshore inhabited islands where you will find glorious sandy beaches. Kayaking, Windsurfing, Sailing, Diving, Whale-watching trips are all available in the area. We are 80 minutes from Cork airport, 4 hours from Dublin Airport and 3 hours from Shannon. Rosslare Harbour is 3.5 hours from us.
