Appartement entièrement rénové en 2023 de 3 chambres et un living. Design architectural luxueux de style boho-chic moderne. Suite parentale (sortie sur le balcon), dotée d' un lit double queen-size et d'une salle de bain integrée. Deux autres chambres dont l’une équipée de 2 lits. Une autre salle de bain commune aux 2 chambres. La cuisine est super équipée et moderne avec un four et micro-ondes Cafetière Nespresso, frigo/congélo et lave-vaisselle. 4 télévisions avec une grande variété de chaînes. Le salon (sortie sur le balcon) avec canapé-lit, un fauteuil et une chaise hamac. La table est conçue pour 8 convives. Lave-linge/sèche-linge. Sur le balcon, une table de bar et vue sur l'hôtel Mamilla. Entièrement climatisé et excellente literie. L'appartement est adapté au Shabbat.

Neighbourhood information

La cité est entourée de toutes parts de plusieurs vallées, parmi lesquelles celles au nord, proches du plateau, sont moins prononcées que celles situées dans les autres directions. Les deux principales se trouvent au nord-ouest de la ville actuelle.
