ASPA is a luxurious, newly constructed seven storied building, adorned with global brands, nestled in a quiet serene locale’ of Sector 9, ULWE. The property houses guest houses of some of the large Indian and MNCs.  15 minutes-drive from Apollo Hospital, CBD Belapur and 10 minutes from the up-coming Navi Mumbai International Airport. The property is 45 minutes from South & Central Mumbai via Atal Setu.  Fully furnished, Wi-Fi enabled apartments having 2 bedrooms, 1 hall, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen.  Each room is attached to a balcony.  Mitsubishi Elevator.  Large sized French-windows, with mosquito nets, providing ample ventilation and sunlight.  Each apartment furnished with: • High end IKEA furniture, Mitsubishi ACs, TV, Microwave, Refrigerator & Washing Machine. • Fully loaded kitchen with gas supply where one can cook & serve home-made food to dear ones.  Face recognition & biometric enabled entry to the building apart from 24X7 Security Guards.  Extremely neat & clean premises with ample walking & sitting space within the premises.
