KITCHEN & MEALS - Guests have free access to the kitchen. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Guests are requested to place their lunch and dinner orders 3 hours prior. - A barbecue facility is not available but a kit can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. Home Rules and Truths - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM - Trained pets are allowed in the villa - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors. - Outside food is not allowed in the villa - IDs are required for all guests - Stags are not allowed at the property. - Please note that the pool will not be operational during winter (1st November to 1st March). Other things to note: - There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas - Trained pets are allowed in the villa at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- per pet, per day. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. POLICIES - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
