My name is Dev Anand. Born and brought up in Fort Cochin, I know the place in and out and reside here with my family. My wife and I have two children. I think, Fort Kochi with its relatively small area, beautiful sites, and great diversity is perfect place to raise kids. I enjoy reading & social work. I am also a good badminton Player. We hope our guests enjoy the neighborhood and Fort Kochi as much as we do.

Property information

Homested Homestay Fort Kochi is a recently renovated modern building covering most of all facilities required by our guests. We maintain the rooms & surroundings clean. Rooms and attached bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and fans quiet. Majority of the rooms include balcony space as well.

Neighbourhood information

My home, Homested Homestay Fort Kochi, is situated at an ideal location. Our guests enjoy the advantage of walkable distance to all major tourist sites here including the Chinese fishing nets, Fort Kochi beach, Princess street, Santa Cruz Basilica, St.Francis Church to name a few. Eateries and restaurant/joints are also plenty around the neighbourhood. Other facilities like ATM, banks, ferry, bus and tuk-tuk points are also nearby.
