"Perched gracefully on the 14th floor, this exquisite studio apartment is a captivating oasis offering a panoramic view of the serene river and the majestic flyover. Its allure is complemented by the added convenience of free open parking. This haven is exclusively designed for families, solo travellers, etc and UNMARRIED COUPLES ARE NOT ACCOMMODATED. This splendid abode, nestled in the heart of Lucknow, unveils easy access to every corner of significance. Just 3 km away lies the charming Hazratganj, while the FunRepublic Mall and Gomtinagar are within arm's reach. For travelers, the apartment is a mere 16 km from Amausi Lucknow airport and a short 7 km from the historic Charbagh railway station. The Metro Rail station is a mere 1.5 km, and the Badshahnagar railway station stands just 500 meters away, making your journey seamless and effortless. A cozy studio on the 14th floor, accessed via elevator up to the 12th floor with the final ascent by a charming staircase, reveals breathtaking vistas of the meandering Gomti River and the intricate web of flyovers. The apartment is not having any neighborhood on the same floor (14). Neighbors are at floor 12. They don’t need to be disturbed with noise etc. Neighbors are good indeed. Open parking no. 37 behind the tower 17, may be used by guests. This parking is registered in the name of apartment owner. Note- if the parking 37 is occupied, guests can park in any adjacent parking as there are abundant parking space. Also, please note that UNMARRIED COUPLES ARE NOT ALLOWED at this property.
