Property information

"Laid Back Waters" is the first and probably only authentic wooden Kerala houseboat in Goa. Our USP is our team that's been with us since our inception in 2008. We have successfully attained the distinction of being able to provide our guests one of their best meals in Goa. The Chapora river is the only river in the state, without mining activities, leaving it in its pristine charm and clean to swim in! If your lucky, spot crocodiles & a multitude of bird varieties! The boat has been featured in society interiors for its exquisite design.
