Chekadi is a 250 acre vast village and surrounded by forest in three sides and Kabani river in the other side. the village having 200 acres of paddy fields which cultivating ethnic rice varieties. the village not having compound wall and interlocked porticoes. The village is rich with its culture and heritage. Most of the inmates are tribals and the visitor can experience their custom and ethnic food varieties. the villagers rowing best of the healthy food in the pristine nature and blessed by Kabani river
