Property information

Only for Familiy We are Centrally located at Ramanuja Circle, adjacent to Indian Oil Petrol Station in Chalapathi Towers on Tiruchanoor Road. This is close to all amenities like Bus Station, Railway Station, Reliance Mart, Apollo Pharmacy etc. There are 5-6 Restaurants few meters away. Once you step out of our place, you can get a conveyance of your choice- auto-rickshaws, jeeps. You can also walk down to the Bus station to catch a bus to Tirumala or anywhere. We offer 2 BHK Apartments- AC as well as Non AC, which is ideal for a Family Stay. Most of the Apartments have kitchen facility. However we recommend you specifically ask for it. The Apartments are neat and clean with all basic amenities like a Geyser, TV, Intercom facility, Two Divans in the living room. A family of 6 Adults plus kids can have a comfortable stay in one flat. We think we offer Value for your money. We also go out of our way to assist the Guest in whatever way possible, be it an advice in planning their trip or getting a good deal in taxi rental or a little relaxation in the check-in & check-out timings etc. We stick to the basics of Neat and Clean Apartments which are Homely. It is meant only for Families.

Neighbourhood information

Tirupati Railway Station is 2 km. Autorickshaw is a convenient mode of transport to & from Railway Station at any time. Tirumala Bus station ie for for pilgrims opting to go to Tirumala for Balaji Darshan, the distance is 700 meters only. We are located adjacent to IOC petrol pump on main road. So, it is very convenient to just walk and hire autorickshaw or taxi or jeeps. Even our service boys can get them for you. There are 5-6 restaurants close-by ie walking distance like Bhimas, Annapoorna, Manasa etc. Even Zomato or Swiggy can deliver. Sree Padmavati Temple at Tiruchanoor & Kapila Teertham are 3 kms away. Sree Govindarajaswamy Temple is 3 km away. You can also visit Zoo & Science Museum which are about 8-10 km away. If you prefer to cook instead of eating out, you can get all the necessary provisions at Reliance Mart close by. This is a safe and secure residential place with lots of car parking available.
