Samta Gupta is a chef and culinary consultant who has cooked for MF Husain and Naomi Campbell. Trained at IHM Taratala, she began her career in Japan, worked at The Taj Mumbai, and ran the popular Mulakat in Delhi. Known for her love of contemporary Indian cuisine and local produce, she now consults across India, creating menus and training teams with a focus on creativity and simplicity.
