Property is situated in Hartola, Ramgarh a sleepy village off the beaten path . The location of the site is beautiful and it gets an entire view of the valley and Nanada Devi ranges in front. The Owner of the property is architect and he has designed , built and running it himself. The property is an extension of his personal idea of mountain holiday. Cozy , Comfortable and Relaxed. Food is available and cook & caretaker are present at the property.

The property is an extension of his personal idea of mountain holiday- Cozy , Comfortable and Relaxed. He is a passionate about environmental issues and operates the property on complete reuse /recycle policy and minimizing plastic waste .
Neighborhood is calm and natural , since there are very few constructed areas in the surroundings , one gets a feeling of seclusion and silence. Here you can sit and listen to sound of winds rushing through trees and mountain slopes. Watch birds and butterflies, Interact with dogs (local indies) a delightful and loving bunch.
