The independent house/villa is located in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, it is very close to Vijayawada Hyderabad National Highway, which is less than 500 meters. The house is surrounded by a huge garden, and you are assured of a private and peaceful stay. This listing is for a 1 BHK comprising of a bedroom with queen bed and AC, Living room with a single cot, TV, and fridge, kitchen with all cooking appliances. The place is very near to malls, hospitals, shops, resturants etc... the nearest attraction being mahavir harina vanasthali national park, which offers a safari inside its deer park, so it is a attracking for kids, and the much bigger attraction for all age groups is Ramoji Film City, it offers all fun activities for all age groups so it is a must visit.
I am an IT professional, and I visit this place of mine only during my vacation therefore I am renting it out. Since I love gardening, you will find some huge trees at the place, you are welcome to enjoy the peace and the beauty of the nature.
The place is very close to Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway, and is about 5 km from the metro station. So if you are planning to visit different places in Hyd then the best option would be to hire a cab till LB nagar metro station and then travel via metro rail to avoid traffic congestions, save time and to make it less cheaper when compared to cabs. It will take about 5 minutes to reach the LB nagar metro station and from there the farthest place the metro train travels is to miyapur, you can reach this place within 45 minutes. So if you have any plans in Hitech city or want to visit Durgam Cheruvu Lake for boating and its cable bridge for sight seeing, Shilparamam Cultural Village (shop for antiques for Indian arts and crafts), KBR National Park (a green space for suitable for relaxation and having fun), and the Inorbit Mall and Sarth city mall for shopping and dining.
