Property information

This is an ancestral home set amidst 6 acres of lush green lawns and surrounded by fruit orchards. Even though designed in a traditional Kerala style, the home has a bit of contemporary touch to its architecture. Wood is used widely throughout the construction and simply creates a natural setting. The rooms are elegantly designed and furnished for comfort. You can choose from a variety of room categories such as Luxury rooms, Luxury rooms with kitchenette, family rooms, and standard rooms - each suited for different preferences and you can pick your choice based on the budget of your getaway.

Neighbourhood information

Guests have a host of activities to choose from - with fishing or a safari through the dense forests. You can also host parties here, and the dedicated children’s area is ideal for when you want to keep the kids occupied with play. Nilambur is renowned for having the world’s first Teak museum in the world, located in close proximity, you can easily visit both the places during your stay. You will also get an insight into why teak is one of the most famous tropical hardwood in the world. Other places to visit include Nedumkayam Addyanpara waterfalls, Nilambur Kovilakam, tribal colonies and Pattulsavu.
