This is a beautiful luxury modern farmhouse with tons of space! It has a private fence surrounding the property. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is stocked with all the essentials! Indoor Pool, SPA, Fast wifi, brand new appliances, and brand new high-end furniture! Close to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops and hospital!
One hour's drive to the backwater Kumarakam for boating and one hour to the famous Idukki, Thekkady, Vagamon and Kuttikanam tourist attractions
