- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.

- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.

- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.

- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance.

- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.

- During the monsoon season, room service for meals and drinks will not be available.

- Due to the remoteness of the location, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity issues may occur during heavy rains.

- In case of a power outage, please wait while we switch on the backup. During heavy rains, electric supply can sometimes be erratic—we regret the inconvenience caused.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Zostel Plus Lonavala of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
