The second-oldest, still standing house in Garðabær. Originally located on a large farm that changed into the buzzing town it is today. It has been extensively renovated throughout the years with all the modern comforts a house can offer. Although renovated, it retains it's historical charm.
My kind dog and I live in the other half of this apartment.
The house is split in two, the shared apartment is upstairs on the second floor, which requires climbing steep stairs which might not suite movement impaired individuals. The room itself is bright and spacious with a wonderful ocean view.
My gentle dog Rambo and I live in the opposite side of the apartment. We are often away or keep to our selves.
The property is nestled in a hidden street, at the center of Garðabær("Gardentown", between Garðatorg and Litlatún). Within half a mile/kilometer you will find everything you might want/need.
