The house was built in 1910. We bought this house in 1998. It was our first house and it needed alot of work. We basicly redid the whole house ourselves, little by little. The high fence around the yard was put up to keep our cats safe.
We moved into a bigger house 2013 but couldn´t find it in ourselves to sell this one so we decided to rent it out as a self catering unit.
We travel a lot all over the world and there are some things we think are important in terms of accommodation. A good bed, a big TV, and a fast internet connection are a must. We offer a serene and comfortable atmosphere to relax in.
This part of Isafjordur has some of the older houses in town. We loved living here. Everything was so close and yet quiet.
