Vörđufell cottage is Located only a 50 minute drive south from Reykjavík on The Golden Circle. Green and lush surrounging; The right place to have some quiet time in the south of Iceland. This cozy cabin serves as a perfect base to discover all the BEST of The Golden Circle and south of Iceland. Relax by the fireplace after a day of adventure Life is an adventure, live it now!
What to do around area? Go fishing, Go Diving, ATV tours, Snowmobiling on a glacier and go Play Golf nearby. Go on a Horse Riding in Hveragarđi, Go hiking in the Reykjadalur hotsprings area and swimm in hotspring river. Go on The Golden Circle (Þingvellir National Park, Laugarvatn Fontana, Gullfoss, Geysir, visit Friđheimar greenhouse, visit Keriđ Cretor, go swimming and shopping in Selfoss and all this within ~ 20 mins drive. Visit Secret Lagoon in Fluđir, and enjoy the water falls and black sand beach on the south coast all the way to Vík.
