The port is also within walking distance in 5 minutes (400m). From here boats depart regularly to the Grotta di Nettuno, a stalactite cave accessible from the sea. A bit further along the coast behind the harbor then begins the beach of Alghero, which you can reach in about 15 minutes on foot.
