The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
Camping cot available with a supplement of EUR 35.00;
Small four-legged friends are welcome (only if small-sized) for EUR 50.00;
Additional towel set EUR 10.00 per person;
Additional bed linen set EUR 10.00 per person.
Check-in hours: from 17:00 to 20:00
Check-out hours: from 08:00 to 10:00
For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon customer request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:
For check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00, extra cost EUR 30.00;
For check-ins from 22:00 to 00:00, extra cost EUR 50.00;
For check-ins from midnight to 07:00, extra cost EUR 100.00.
For early check-outs, upon customer request and subject to approval, from 06:00 to 08:00, an extra cost of EUR 30.00 is required.
