We have 2 holiday flats, one "large" and one "small" (the two flats are 100 metres apart, pets are allowed in the "Panorama", not in the "Natura"): The new "Panorama" holiday flat with wooden floor (at ground level) is 42 m² in size and sleeps a maximum of 4 people (double bed in the bedroom and double sofa bed - with proper mattress - in the living area). The flat is equipped with a kitchen-living room, dining table, bathroom with shower and bidet, bedroom, WiFi and a spacious balcony. It has a parking space in the garage. Pets are welcome in this flat (by prior arrangement). The garden and the children's playground can be shared with the holiday flat "Natura", which is 100 metres away. The "Natura" holiday flat with natural wooden floor, clay walls and soapstone wood stove (on the 2nd floor) is 80 m² in size and sleeps a maximum of 6 people (double bed in the bedroom, bunk bed in the second room and double sofa bed - with real mattress - in the living room). The flat is equipped with a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, two bedrooms, wardrobe, wifi, a veranda and balcony. In front of the house there is a garden with a playground and a car parking space (electric car charging station bookable with registration). Pets are not allowed in this flat!

The Ban Guggugg holiday flats are located in the village of Gossensass in South Tyrol (approx. 1100 metres above sea level). When you look out of the window, the majestic mountains immediately catch your eye: mountain peaks with an altitude of over 3000 metres, such as the famous Tribulaun. This sight makes the heart of every winter and summer holidaymaker beat faster! The former health resort impresses with its location and amenities (the places listed below are within easy reach of the flats): Train station, bus stops, grocery shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bank, post office, tourist office, children's playground and outdoor swimming pool. Only a few minutes' drive away: town of Sterzing, Designer Outlet Brenner, many skiing and hiking areas with toboggan runs and groomed cross-country ski trails.
