Property information

These are two apartments used as a holiday home, with codes CV1026 and CV1027, obtained from the subdivision and subsequent renovation of an original single apartment. They have in common only the small entrance, for the rest each has its own independent entrance, an open area equipped with kitchenette, sofa bed for one and a half, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. The two apartments each have double air conditioning, kitchenettes with induction hobs, dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer and free wi-fi internet. They were renovated in 2022, and are located in the Porto Craulo area. The apartment with terrace has a livable terrace with sea view, while the balcony apartment has a small balcony and is slightly larger in size than the apartment with terrace. They are ideal for an excellent holiday in Otranto characterized by the efficiency of the apartments and their centrality. The apartments are located on the second floor of a building with a total of 12 real estate units.

Neighbourhood information

The area has the Otranto beaches par excellence. In the immediate vicinity, there are all the services, there is the wide promenade full of restaurants and bars, and the historic center and the castle are only 400 meters away. Relaxation and/or fun are guaranteed.
