Apartment located in Lido di Ostia, on the third floor with lift comprising entrance hall, 2 large double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, dining area with TV and sofa bed, a bathroom with tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Spacious and equipped with every comfort, the apartment has heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Netflix platform for watching your favorite movies and TV series. In an excellent central position near the sea and 5 minutes from Lido Centro station for Rome and 15 minutes from Fiumicino Airport. The area is surrounded by shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The seafront is very close where there is the possibility of accessing the free beach or equipped bathing establishments.
