Located on the first and second floors of Palazzo Sambiasi, the rooms dedicated to the B&B and holiday home are set within the apartments where the noble family resided from the 16th century onwards. Our Rooms Suite “Tito Schipa”: Family Suite with Private Terrace (First Floor) The suite offers up to five beds, arranged in two large bedrooms: one with a double bed that can be used as a triple, and a second bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, which is accessed from the first bedroom, is for exclusive use. The entire suite spans over 150 square meters and is reserved for a single family or group, ensuring complete privacy with no shared spaces. Room “Dell’Acaya”: Double Room (First Floor) This spacious room boasts high ceilings, offering a sense of openness and grandeur. It features a double bed, Smart TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, and heating. The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. Double or Triple Room “Manieri” (First Floor) Spacious and airy, this room also has high ceilings, creating a bright and elegant atmosphere. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, and heating. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. “Al Duomo” Attic Room: Double/Triple with Private Terrace (Second Floor) This charming and cozy attic offers a breathtaking view of the Duomo and the bell tower of Lecce's most important church. Located on the second floor of the Palazzo (without an elevator), the attic overlooks one of the liveliest streets of Lecce's nightlife. It is the perfect choice for those who want to immerse themselves in the city's vibrant social life while still enjoying a private, intimate retreat.

The Palazzo is located right in the heart of Lecce's historic center, just 50 meters behind the magnificent Duomo of Lecce. Despite being in the midst of Lecce's vibrant nightlife, the interior of the property offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, providing guests with a quiet space to relax. Stepping outside the B&B, you’ll find yourself immersed in the charming streets of the historic center, brimming with life, tourists, locals, and a wide array of venues for all ages and tastes. From traditional restaurants to pubs and boutique shops, everything you need is just a short stroll away. Only a 3-minute walk from the B&B is the stunning Piazza Sant'Oronzo, home to the Roman Amphitheater. Since 1656, the square has been named after Saint Oronzo, the patron saint of Lecce, following the devastating plague that struck the Kingdom of Naples. In the same square, visitors can admire the Palazzo del Seggio (known as the "Sedile" of Lecce), a majestic cubic building that opens onto Piazza Sant'Oronzo. Built in the mid-1500s by Alessandro Saponaro, it was designed to serve as a prestigious representation of the city of Lecce. Just a 1-minute walk from the B&B, you can marvel at the splendid Roman Theatre, as well as other notable churches and monuments, including the Church of San Matteo, Basilica of Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, and many more.
