An ex 16th century convent of Clarisse nuns surrounded by nature, loceated in the amlet of Giacomo Puccini's ancestors where the composer loved to spend his summer holidays. Time seems to have stopped and complete quite reigns. The structure has a restaurant, a lounge room, antique forniture and it's preserved, as far as possible, like it was originally. From the terrace where you can have dinner, you can admire the view of the Serchio valley. The surrounding area is great for walks and excursions.

The Puccini Museum in Celle, a real house-museum, consists of seven rooms located on rwo floors where are exposed photographs, letters and musical autograph anuscripts and precious objekts belonging to the Master through which you can retrace his human and artistic vicissitudes. Within 40 km you can find points of cultural interest and enterainment venues. The Wind Cave, quicksilver mines and the largest karst cave in Italy, the Astronomical Observatory Monte Agiale, fortifications of the gothic line, the Museum of chestnuts and rafting centers.
