Part of the garden is shared (but they are hardly ever there), while the outdoor kitchen/bbq area and pool are for your exclusive use - heating is available at an additional cost during the colder months - a washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board are provided - the swimming pool is open from 1 April to 30 September and is equipped with parasols and sun loungers - only registered guests are accepted
