Situato in un edificio del 1908,ristrutturato a nuovo nel 2020. Mia moglie ed Io abbiamo pensato a questa casa come fosse la nostra,mettendoci la passione. Abbiamo preservato il più possibile l'originalità del '900 ,cercando un tocco contemporaneo. Sono 3 le unità,ognuna indipendente con bagno e cucina,l'unico servizio in comune è la lavanderia che si trova nel corridoio all'ingresso,sempre di nostra proprietà. La zona tra le più ricercate della città con il centro a 25 minuti a piedi,cosi come la stazione centrale. Poco turistica,la nostra è una zona residenziale con molti locali,ristoranti e botteghe proprio dietro all'angolo. La Stazione della Metro Porta Venezia si trova a 6 minuti a piedi,cosi come Corso Buenos Aires,la più grande via dello shopping. Si ricorda agli ospiti che al momento dell'arrivo si deve pagare la tassa di soggiorno secondo le tariffe aggiornate dal Comune di Milano.
Da sempre dedicato all'accoglienza,mi piace accogliere i miei ospiti di persona. Vi saprò suggerire al meglio tutto sugli intorni e sulla Milano.
Una delle più ben servite zone di Milano,dove si respira ancora un atmosfera da "uno del posto",a due passi dalla fermata metro di Porta Venezia(oppure Lima),il centro città nonché la stazione distano 20-25 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono numerosi bar,ristoranti e botteghe di una volta.
