L’agriturismo e AZIENDA AGRICOLA "Borgo Gerbina" ( in quanto non è un Hotel o B&B) è strutturato per accogliere non solo turisti italiani e stranieri ( infatti il nostro personale è in grado di comunicare fluidamente sia in lingua Inglese che Francese) ma anche persone della provincia che vogliono fare un esperienza di tradizionalità montana- rurale : verranno creati corsi di cucina per la scoperta dei piatti antichi delle zone montane – rurali; verranno individuati percorsi attraverso le culture, i frutteti dell’azienda agricola per una funzione didattica dove si imparerà a conoscere meglio l’ambiente rurale montano, le piante e dei piccoli animali da cortile e l’importanza delle api . Il nostro progetto è anche quello di creare un’accoglienza di gusto e di relax dove il turista sia italiano che straniero può scoprire l’appennino parmense sia in ambito storico che paesaggistico. Essendo amanti di animali in struttura sono sempre presenti i nostri pelosetti: piccoli e grandi. PER CHI AVESSE PROBLEMI CON GLI ANIMALI DA COMPAGNIA si prega di rivolgere CORTESEMENTE la sua ricerca in altre strutture

Siamo Paola E Giorgio due "ragazzi" attempati che hanno voglia di creare un ambiente di relax immerso Realmente nella natura...amiamo molto tutti gli animali e ne siamo circondati : cavalli, asini, galline cani e gatti!! Coltiviamo more e lamponi, mele, pere, fichi, melograni producendo composte completamente naturali! Facciamo una cucina tradizionale emiliana con qlc innovazione ma sempre sul fresco e sul biologico

Il territorio di Valmozzola è collocato tra le medie valli di Ceno e Taro, un territorio che, per la sua particolare morfologia e per il fatto di avere confini naturali, ha conservato un ambiente dal quale traspare un ‘antica atmosfera feudale. La Valle del Mozzola è segnata da numerosi movimenti franosi ed è tagliata nella parte mediana da una costa che termina in una formazione ofiolitica ( il Groppo ) a precipizio sulla sinistra del torrente, dove in età medioevale sorgevano le rocche di Landasio e di Gusaliggio. Un aspetto importante della zona è dato dalla presenza di numerosi percorsi di trekking che si sviluppano nella vallata ed attorno al monte Barigazzo. Il Monte Barigazzo e'`una montagna dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, per la precisione Appennino Parmense. Si presenta a Nord come un ampia distesa prativa, mentre il suo versante meridionale e`piuttosto dirupato. Qui propongo un percorso ad anello molto interessante con attraversamento di entrambe le particolari creste, quella piu`difficile all’andata e quella semplice al ritorno, e la visita alle Cascate Rosta e Lavacchielli.
