Romantic country house in Umbria, recently restored with traditional stones and cotto tiles, salted water heated pool, patio, ancient stone woven, barbecue. Elegantly furnished, the house offers three large bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, large and well equipped kitchen with fireplace and accerss to the garden, large living room with two sofas and one sitting room with fireplace. Sleeps up to 7 people. C'eraunavolta country house is the ideal place for a nice holiday with your family or a group of friends. Typical local aperitives, food home delivery, home made pizza experience are some of the possibilities which you will be able to choose and enjoy during your stay. Regardless the number, guests will have exclusive access to all internal and external areas of the country house: if booking for 5, 6 or 7 they will have 3 bedrooms; if booking for 3 or 4, same as above but with 2 bedrooms; if booking for 2, they will anyway be the only guests in the house and they will have access to all internal and external areas but only to one bedroom.
We are a family, we don't do this for living, but we try to do our best. We have a great "support team" there on the ground to help with the house, with cleaning, with the garden and the swimming pool. During summer and main festivities, we also live 100mt away from the house; in all other periods there will always be somebody available for any needs and emergencies.
The country house is a typical Umbria ancient stones country building, with large and private garden, heated and covered swimming pool with salted water and a breath taking view on a beautiful panorama on the Narni-Amelia hills. The house is not isolated as typically county houses are in Umbria yet walking distance to a cozy middle age village (Gualdo), etremely well connected to all the main sites in the high Lazio region, all Umbria and Tuscany. For these reasons, C'eraunavolta country house is the perfect choice for those who want to visit Rome (only 40 minutes away), Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany, yet who want to come back home easily to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing countryside context. In the surroundings, you will be able to practice horse-riding, rafting (Marmore Falls) and for the yougest ones Narnia Adventure. Among our several turistic attractions, Narni sotteranea (Narni middle-age underground experience), Nera river experience, Ocriculum archeological site, Farnese Palace in Caprarola, Bomarzo holy wood etc.
