日本「１スタッフの笑顔と対応 ２帰りのモーターボートは自分で予約したが、早めのチェックアウト時に、モーターボートの会社に予約を確認してくれた ３直前で3泊から４泊にしたため、１番安い部屋を追加したが 元の部屋よりアップグレード＋４泊同じ部屋にしてくれた ありがとう！」- Toshikazu 日本「バポレツトの乗船場の前にあり、利用しやすい。サンマルコ広場へ5分、そこからどこにでも行けます。その逆方向の地域は、広い道と住宅地、レストランも多く、緑豊かで広い公園があり、朝の散歩に最適。 ホテルの建物は、しっかりした構造の大きな建物をリニューアルしたもので、廊下が広く、高い品格と使いやすくデザイン性の高い部屋に感激します。 朝の食事は、ゆったりしたレストランで、とても美味しく品数の多い中から、つい食べ過ぎてしまうほど。また、客室内の飲料は、アルミ缶入りで、無料です。」
