The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom with a king size bed , 1 bathroom the living room and the kitchen completely equipped of microwave ,dishes and coffe machine . Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment . Free Wi-fi , TV satellite fan and hair dryer . A nice terrace where you can sip your glass of wine and breathe the evening fresh air . The owner of the house will supply a free parking place inside of the courtyard, Ca’ del Fili is easily reachable by car ,the main road is just in front of it.

Ca’ del Fili is located in Tremezzina to a lovely place called Lenno, in a very nice house built in the 1980 but completely renovated recently. Tremezzina is the heart of the lake and it is one of the most spectacular place on Lake Como, at the check in time we will suggest all the activities to do and all the beautiful surroundings to see. From Ca’ del Fili you can reach the Lake Como and the center of Lenno where you will find 2 supermarkets, Restaurants, Coffee Bars , Ice Cream parlour, Pastry Shop, public and private beaches. Just 20 metres from the famous Villa Balbianello and from the Lake Como Greenway, a leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages stunning villas and gardens, Romanesque and Baroque churches by the breathataking landscape of Lake Como. Very close to the Holy Mount, UNESCO heritage and the so famous Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como and the botanical garden Villa Carlotta.
