Casa Fiume is a spacious, airy and bright apartment of about 100 square meters, renovated and furnished in a modern key, located on the 5th and top floor of a building with lift. It is located in a residential area a stone's throw from the historic centre, consisting of a 10 m2 equipped kitchen, a 16 m2 living room with 65-inch Smart TV and a large sofa with peninsula, 16 m2 double bedroom with balcony. Bathroom with shower. Two balconies, one of 14m2 and the other of 4m2. Parking is both in the internal courtyard and on the street and is completely free. The linen is included. WiFi is free. If needed, I can arrange additional house cleaning. Very comfortable accommodation for a couple and family of 4. It is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Small pets are allowed on request. We inform you that for the CASA FIUME structure the CIR code is: 020030-CNI-00133 and the structure code is: T00310
It is not allowed to receive other people even if for a short time, unless agreements, registration of the identity document and possible balance. Nearby it is possible to organize numerous activities related to gastronomy, sport, family and visits to museums and monuments in Mantua: this is the essence of Casa Fiume.
