There are 2 apartment categories: "Apartment with balcony" three-room apartment for 5 persons with 2 bedrooms located on the mezzanine (5/6 steps to access) or first floor. "Standard apartment" three-room apartment for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms located on the second mansard floor without balcony (mansard height from 1.35 min to 2.90 max). The flats do not have wifi, which can however be used free of charge at the office of our agency Lake Project in Pieve di Ledro. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * 1 PET is allowed per apartment with a supplement. * 1 set of BED LINEN per person is included. * TOWELS can be brought or rented * FINAL CLEANING can be done or paid for * HEATING extra cost to be paid on departure based on consumption * TOURIST TAX not included, to be paid at the property
